just contact us to arrange for a return. Please note that custom prints
we do not issue refunds or exchange, we can not sell something made one
of a kind for you to someone else.
Shipping time will vary depend on your location. Below is an estimated
time of arrival. Please note that special occasions and holidays we will
expedite orders by working longer hours to meet deadline, however you
may have to pay additional shipping charges. Please email us first prior
to ordering so we can give you an accurate delivery time.

shipping cost on all retail orders of over $100.00
Please inform us prior if you wish to have signature required for
delivery as there is extra cost otherwise Carrier will leave package in
community lock box if you get your mail there or in your mailbox at your
address. Large volume and wholesale orders will automatically have signature
required for insurance purposes. Wholesale/Large volume orders do not
qualify for flat rate shipping and will be shipped at cost due to
weight.

Tracking & Insurance on Shipping:
You
now have the option to pay the added cost of
shipping with tracking or ship by regular mail
with no tracking or insurance.
If you require
shipping express or air, please email us with this request
and your postal/zip code so we can get you an accurate
shipping cost options via Purolator or Canada post.
All credit
card payment orders require shipment to be sent via tracking
for insurance purposes and fraud prevention.
Returns:
Refund Policy & Returns: No refunds on all custom
novelty license plates all sales are final. All
custom
plates are made to order and is custom made just
for you. All custom plates require full payment
online. At any trade/auto show we require at least
50% deposit 50% on pick up.
Stock items refund or exchange within 30 days as
long as it is undamaged and in resale condition.
That means the product is not dirty, cracked,
dented, scratched or damaged.
Currently there is no restocking fee on stock
items, but you would be responsible to have the
item returned to us at your expense.
Stock items
Wholesale: Due to the volume and quantity ordered,
these would be considered as all made to order and
our policy is there is no refund. Exchange, credit
or refund would be managers discretion and would
be handled with each retailer on a case by case
basis. For example we do not stock 50 Zimbabwe
flag license plates, We do carry a minimum stock
based demand to ship out quickly, but for a business or
larger volume orders not in stock and return a slow moving product will not
happen. This would be considered as a special
order and we will inform you in writing of such
cases. If you would like to know if your wholesale
order you can exchange some/part or refund, please
contact us in writing first so we maybe able to
reply to your request. Those ordering on a
frequent basis will have more leeway than those
who order once or twice a year.
For prompt and accurate credit on returned
merchandise follow these steps:

order qualifies for a return noted above, please follow

Contact our Customer
Service Department by email at
to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Be sure to write the RA
number clearly on all packages being returned. If the RA
number is not clearly written on your package, the
shipment will be not be accepted.

Include a short
explanation of why you're returning the item and a copy of
the invoice in the package so that we can properly credit
your account.

All returns will be credited in the same
manner you paid us; either by crediting your credit card
account, by cheque or PayPal.

No credit will be
issued for returns that have been altered or abused (as
described above).

No freight
collect or COD returns will be accepted.

Send all
returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the
product.
Maintenance and
Care:
Cold or
lukewarm water, natural air dry is recommend. Sand
dirt and road debris can damage the license plates
or aluminum metal aluminum, ink or colours. If you
are using in this type of environment, we
recommend that you purchase after market shields
available at most automotive retail stores locally
that will protect the plate. To remove dead bugs,
with a clean paper towel, soak with cold water,
apply on the aluminum for 10 minutes and wipe
clean.
Warranty:
Due to many
types of cleaning car solutions. We can not
guarantee the life of our product when used. We do
print and seal all license plates some chemical
cleaners that maybe safe for cars strip the seal
away on the aluminum plates, even power washing
direct on the metal can strip the sealant or use
of hot water. Its best to hand wash use cold,
lukewarm water to wash aluminum purchased from us,
avoid rubbing/ scratching the seal surface not to
damage seal, you may require to seal plates over
time to keep original finish.
There are after market shields you can purchase at
your local automotive store that will help
preserve the life of the aluminum finish.
