is wrong with your order or if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, just let us know and we'll try to make it right. If that's not possible and you decide you want to return what you've purchased, just contact us to arrange for a return. Please note that custom prints we do not issue refunds or exchange, we can not sell something made one of a kind for you to someone else.

Shipping time will vary depend on your location. Below is an estimated time of arrival. Please note that special occasions and holidays we will expedite orders by working longer hours to meet deadline, however you may have to pay additional shipping charges. Please email us first prior to ordering so we can give you an accurate delivery time.

Tracking & Insurance on Shipping:

To keep costs down we do not ship with tracking numbers or insurance. We do however get a confirmation from Canada post the package has been accepted by them, which is date and time stamped. If the shipping is lost/stolen it is at your risk and expense. Insurance and tracking can be purchased at your choice with any carrier. We ship 90% of our products by Canada post, 10% with UPS, Greyhound and Purolator.

You can email us for a quote by providing information on your order request, quantity and your postal code/zip code so we can figure out how much it weights and best shipping method and packaging, or visit each respected carrier and request a quote, based on shipping weight, dimensions and shipping value. Minimum shipping cost average within the same province is about $13-$15. As you can see to ship a $15 item, is not cost effective for a business to ship using this method, so we must pass those costs to you if you request it.

Large orders over $100 will automatically have insurance and tracking info provide.


Return Terms & Conditions:

Refund Policy & Returns: No refunds on all custom novelty license plates all sales are final. All custom plates are made to order and is custom made just for you. All custom plates require full payment online. At any trade/auto show we require at least 50% deposit 50% on pick up.


Stock items refund or exchange within 30 days as long as it is undamaged and in resale condition. That means the product is not dirty, cracked, dented, scratched or damaged. Currently there is no restocking fee on stock items, but you would be responsible to have the item returned to us at your expense.


Stock items Wholesale: Due to the volume and quantity ordered, these would be considered as all made to order and our policy is there is no refund. Exchange, credit or refund would be managers discretion and would be handled with each retailer on a case by case basis. For example we do not stock 50 Zimbabwe flag license plates, We do carry a minimum stock based demand to ship out quickly, but for a business or order 50 of them and return a slow moving product will not happen. This would be considered as a special order. If you would like to know if your wholesale order you can exchange some/part or refund, please contact us in writing first so we maybe able to reply to your request. Those ordering on a frequent basis will have more leeway than those who order once or twice a year.

For prompt and accurate credit on returned merchandise follow these steps:



  1. If your order qualifies for a return noted above, please follow our instructions below.

    Contact our Customer Service Department by email at 
    to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.


  3. Be sure to write the RA number clearly on all packages being returned. If the RA number is not clearly written on your package, the shipment will be not be accepted.


  5. Include a short explanation of why you're returning the item and a copy of the invoice in the package so that we can properly credit your account.


  7. All returns will be credited in the same manner you paid us; either by crediting your credit card account, by cheque or PayPal.


  9. No credit will be issued for returns that have been altered or abused (as described above).


  11. No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted.


  13. Send all returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the product.
