Refund Policy & Returns: No refunds on all custom
novelty license plates all sales are final. All
plates are made to order and is custom made just
for you. All custom plates require full payment
online. At any trade/auto show we require at least
50% deposit 50% on pick up.
Stock items refund or exchange within 30 days as
long as it is undamaged and in resale condition.
That means the product is not dirty, cracked,
dented, scratched or damaged.
Currently there is no restocking fee on stock
items, but you would be responsible to have the
item returned to us at your expense.
Wholesale: Due to the volume and quantity ordered,
these would be considered as all made to order and
our policy is there is no refund. Exchange, credit
or refund would be managers discretion and would
be handled with each retailer on a case by case
basis. For example we do not stock 50 Zimbabwe
flag license plates, We do carry a minimum stock
based demand to ship out quickly, but for a business or
larger volume orders not in stock and return a slow moving product will not
happen. This would be considered as a special
order and we will inform you in writing of such
cases. If you would like to know if your wholesale
order you can exchange some/part or refund, please
contact us in writing first so we maybe able to
reply to your request. Those ordering on a
frequent basis will have more leeway than those
who order once or twice a year.
